This website is provided by the Potowmack Preserve Homeowners Association (HOA) for residents to find news and information about their community. If you are a homeowner, log in (or register if you don’t have an account yet) to access community documents and information. Go to Documents to find community governance documents, budgets, newsletters and more.

Planning to renovate? Exterior changes require HOA approval. See Architectural Review Information for guidelines and forms. Email the required information to the Architectural Committee.

Cutting down hardwood trees requires HOA approval.  See Environmental Review Information for guidelines and forms. Email the completed form to the Environmental Committee.

Selling your house? Sellers must provide HOA documents to buyers. See the House Sales Program for details and submit the Request Form to obtain the documents. Questions? Click here.
